'How Far We've Come'

As the team and I get more intentional with how we nurture the Alley Kats, I want to try out sharing a song of the month with y’all and share the story behind it. This month is ‘How Far We’ve Come’ the title says it all.

This time last year I wasn’t producing now look at me. This joint represents me feeding my creativity and it’s evident by all the sounds you hear as the instrumental grows. It was inspired by Sunni Colon’s ‘Satin Psichodelic’. I’m obsessed with the build up and repetition of that song so I used that idea as the base for ‘How Far We’ve Come.’
