After winning the 2015 Sprite Hot 16 competition and earning himself a spot in the 2015 BET HipHop Awards Cypher,Jackie Spade jumped head first into his music career. Succeeding those accomplishments by winning the Best Male Hip Hop Artist at the Carolina Music Awards the following year. Jackie spent the next few years touring, opening for major acts, releasing over 8 projects, and showcasing his soothing versatile sounds. In 2019 Jackie was featured in XXL’s “What I Do” and following that up by collaborating with Reggaeton star, Yoi Carrera, on his hit song “Puerto Rico”. With a global pandemic entering the chat, Jackie spent the next 2 years rebranding himself, his sound, and approach to music. Incorporating live instruments to his performances, Jackie has formed the collective, The Alley Katz, who perform along side of him and covering his originally Hip Hop tracks, as well as his new music inspired by Tash Sultana, Still Woozy, and many others.
